A splash of sunlight dappled against a historic Key West home, the vivid colors of tropical foliage, a spray of the sea through the setting sun. These images inspire Lynne Fischer and the results are realistic and breathtaking. Lynne's medium of choice is acrylic paint on linen canvas and her themes include seascapes, landscapes, botanical and architecture. Her work is treasured by art collectors around the world and her piece "Passion Flower" was even spotted on an episode of House Hunters.
Lynne Fischer was born in Toledo, Ohio and has been painting and drawing since childhood. She studied art at the University of Toledo and the Toledo Museum of Art. In 1985 Lynne moved to Key West and began her career as a professional artist.
